Rules of the Forum - Respect is Key

Ok punks, listen up because this is the law we live by in the Bandit Society Forums, break it and you may have a membership no more, whatever, just be considerate.

Here is a list:

• Forum Code- I do not use any phpBB code or anything like that, right now I just use HTML, so if you know HTML you are welcome to use it, but please keep it to the basics like links, images, bold, italics, etc. If you don't know any HTML then you can learn some here: HTML tutorial
• Spamming- Do not post large amounts of unnecessary posts, posts like "lol" or "yea" are lame and not welcome, please make your post at least a whole sentance in length.
• Flamming- Everyone has an opinion, and you get to have them and express them as you wish. So if you don't agree with someone don't just yell at them, accept that people are different. Also large amounts of cursing is frowned upon, I like happy people and happy people usually like other happy people, lets all get happy.
• Advertising- If you have a site or game you want to show people I recommend that you not be new to the site because I hate when people get a membership and then throw a truck load of links in the forum, if you have flash you want to show, put it in the Fan Flash section or provide a link to it on Newgrounds or something. If you want to show us some other cool stuff on the web, that is fine, just do it in small doses and make sure you are somewhat established on the site.
• Images and Posting- When you add an image make sure that it doesn't have a width larger than 450, otherwise it gets too big and I don't like that. Also don't post long strings like: "!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
  I hate that.
